This is a booking request form and all bookings will be confirmed via email from the Chez Burton team, dates and times are not guaranteed.

Please note that we require a £15 per person deposit for tables of more than 4 guests to confirm your reservation which will be deducted from your final bill amount. The deposit is non-refundable if a table is cancelled less than 24 hours before your booking or if guests do not attend without prior notice.
