Our wines and cocktails lists have been painstakingly created with one thing in mind. Uniqueness! Working with a local Mixology consultant (yes that actually exists!), the amazing Harp Mann (@mix.mann) has helped craft the menu adding a Chez Burton twist to some all-time classics.
