Cocktail Menu

Our wines and cocktails lists have been painstakingly created with one thing in mind. Uniqueness! Working with a local Mixology consultant (yes that actually exists!), the amazing Harp Mann (@mix.mann) has helped craft the menu adding a Chez Burton twist to some all-time classics.



Our Negroni uses the World’s Best Gin Bareksten, Chazalattes Rosso del Regina vermouth, a blend of Select Aperitivo, Campari and Cinnamon, aged in our specially commissioned Chez Burton Barrel


Made from the World famous Plantation 3 star rum - the iconic Plantation pineapple rum blended with coconut, fresh pineapples and a touch of cinnamon spice


The classic Cuban Cocktail featuring William George Rum an exceptional blend of Jamaican & Trinidad Rum, tropical liqueurs, grapefruit, lime, orgeat and maraschino


Floral and fresh with flavours of Hendrick’s Gin, an elegant elderflower liqueur from The Lakes Gin, cucumbers, apples, lime, aromatic bitters and secret magical ingredient!

Fijian Old Fashioned

Using Plantation House of Fiji Rum, the only Fijian rum in the world. This twist on the classic brings forward the smooth fruity notes of this world class rum, stirred with aromatic and lime leaf bitters and demerara sugar


A blend of traditional Southern Mexican Blanco Tequila and smokey Oaxacan roasted agave Bruxo Espadin Barril Mezcal, Italicus bergamot liqueur, lime, agave, lime leaf bitters


The P-Star of the show, switched up with Rhum Damoiseau Mango Passion Arrangé liquer, Plantation Caribbean Rhum, passionfruit puree, fresh flesh of maracuya, lime & bitters. The best got better!


America’s finest Wild Turkey Bourbon, Mancino Cherry Blossom Vermouth, Rose Syrup, Cherry, Almonds, Spices and homemade Habanero tincture, the whisky sour got an upgrade!

Sidecar de Pommes

Fresh, floral, fruity Calvados made from just apples and water, aged for 2 years in French oak. Shalen with Triple Sec, lemon juice, and cinnamon and served over crushed ice. Oulala!


Made with Cuba’s first dry spiced rum Black Tears infused with Coffee, Cacao & local Aji Dulce peppers, combined with Mr Black Espresso liqueur, fresh espresso, orgeat and chocolate bitters



A gin style cocktail made from Everleaf Marine with 16 botanicals including juniper, bergamot & peppery dulse, with added Hibiscus syrup topped with Pomegranate Basil tonic


A tropical tiki cocktail making Caleño Dark & Spicy a blend of pineapple, coconut, ginger, cardamom, kola nut and more, with passion fruit, lime, pineapple juice, topped with fiery ginger beer


Bax Botanics Sea Buckthorn spirit, Everleaf Mountain aperitif with flavours of cherry blossom, rosehip & strawberry, combined with berry cherry jam and topped with non-alcoholic Smashed Berry Cider


The night begins with a Chez Burton Bellini!
Choose from our range of delicious Damoiseau Les Arrangés Rhum liqueurs. Made in Guadeloupe using pressed sugar cane juice fermented and distilled the French Rhum Agricole way then sweetened into a liqueur.
3 Tropical flavour options, bottled with the fruit and vanilla. Delicious to sip neat and we’ve topped them off with Brut Prosecco, choices choices or try a 3 way flight!

Indian Tonic, Rosemary. London’s only grain to glass gin from Battersea’s Doghouse Distiller, herby bay leaf, sage & cardamom spiced

Monkey 47

Pomegranate & Basil. Lime & Sage leaves. Black Forest’s botanical fest, plenty of juniper, fruit, fresh citrus, pepper & dry pine finish.


Cucumber & Watermelon Tonic. Cucumber Garnish. Distilled on the volcanic island of Aisla Craig, famed for its cucumber & rose infusion

Elsker Pink Gin

Pomegranate & Basil Tonic, Blueberry & Raspberry. Meaning Love in Norwegian, Elsker is a proper Pink Gin with 20 botanicals including the 2 garnishes!

The Lake’s Pink Grapefruit Gin

Pomegranate & Basil Tonic, Grapefruit Peel. Made using water from the Lake District, zesty pink grapefruit meets punchy juniper

Brockmans Gin

Cranberry & Ginger Tonic, Grapefruit Peel & Blueberries. A fruitier gin with blueberry and blackberry notes, with fresh tones of lemon & orange citrus

Porter’s Tropical Old Tom

Skinny Tonic, Slice of Passion fruit. Slightly Sweeter Old Tom style of gin with distillates of Guava, Passion fruit and White Tea

Palma Spiced

Ginger Ale, Orange slice & Cardamom. An Oak Aged spiced gin from Mallorca with vanilla sweet notes and delicious cinnamon & clove spices

Hoxton Gin

Ginger Ale, Lime Wedge. The intriguing combination of juniper, spices & coconut take turns for prominence, grapefruit on the finish
